Security jobs that are well paid and on good terms are much easier to land than what most people make it. Whether it’s a close protection role, security guard, door supervisor, or surveillance operator, the principles are all the same. It’s really not difficult. The issue is that 99% of people put no effort into the job application process whatsoever. So for the 1% that do, finding well paid security jobs is easy. 1. Your CV is the backbone on which to build your job hunting. It must be easy to read, look presentable, have good spelling and grammar. Plus be tailored to the job description every single time you apply for security jobs.

10. Pick up the phone! Less than 1% of people follow up their security jobs application with a phone call. So all you need to do to be in the 1% is pick up the phone. Something like – Hi, I sent my CV to you two days ago, I was hoping you had some time to talk about the role.
