Security and Safety Solutions is led by Tom Richmond, a close protection founder with two decades of operational experience. Tom served as a British Army Royal Military Police Close Protection Officer before founding the firm. His background informs how every assignment is planned, briefed and reported.

Tom started his close protection career in the British Army. He served with the Royal Military Police and qualified as a Close Protection Officer. He has worked operationally in the UK and overseas, including high-threat environments.
